From May 25, 2018, a new regulation for the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation), adopted by the European Union, enters into force. The regulation aims to ensure the protection of the data of natural persons from all EU member states and to unify the regulations for their processing.
As a personal data controller,
NOVA YACHTS Ltd meets all the requirements of the new regulation, collecting only the data of individuals to the extent that it is necessary for the provision of the service, and keeps it responsibly and lawfully.
NOVA YACHTS Ltd carries out its activities in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

4. DEFINITION OF PERSONAL DATA
 
According to the new regulation, "personal data" is any information relating to an identified natural person or an identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or by one or more characteristics specific to the physical, the physiological, genetic, psychic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

The PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR collects and processes your personal data in connection with the company's activities - import, sale, installation, after-sales service and warranty of rack elements, as well as all other products and services related to warehouse equipment.
The grounds for carrying out these activities are

Portability of personal data between individual administrators;
Objection to the processing of your personal data;
The data subject also has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which gives rise to legal consequences for the data subject or similarly significantly affects him;
Right to judicial or administrative protection in the event that the data subject's rights have been violated.
 
11. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

If you provide data for another person, it is your duty to inform the person about whom you provide data to us about the contents of this Policy, as well as to do everything else necessary related to this provision according to local law.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the information and data you provide to us is true and accurate.
 
12. SECURITY MEASURES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
THE PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR assures you that it has taken organizational and technical measures to protect to the maximum extent possible unauthorized access or disclosure of information. We also require from our contractors, service providers, the availability of the necessary safeguards for the security of your personal data.
